Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Products marked as final sale

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@padpax.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by the ACL.
