Thank you for shopping with PadPax. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Australia.
Shipping Coverage
PadPax currently ships only within Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping (Free)

- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 business days
Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier or courier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Remote delivery locations
- High shipping volumes
PadPax is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details by email after the order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.
- Refunds may be reduced by any costs incurred due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
